Thank you for representing TSS at this weekends Gold Coast Championships.
Its been a busy week for most with QGSSSA, GPS Championships and 12x25m testing, but hopefully we can also get some solid results at this meet.

Expectations for TSS Swimmers
Athletes and parents should not abandon the routines we have practised over the season.
Differing behaviour from the normal will detract from performance and undermine the processes we have practised, creating unnecessary anxiety for everyone.
Eat / Sleep / Act in a similar way to which you would be at home.
Be prepared - arrive 80-mins before your event and start to stretch/move.
Speak to the coach BEFORE warming up – do not warm up more than 60-mins before your event.
Bring food and fluid with you
Bring spares of each item.
Dress appropriately and bring warm attire.
Support each other
TSS caps need to be worn during warm-up and racing.
BRING YOUR FINS every day for warm-up – this makes warming up with 20 people in your lane easier.
Full uniform should be worn for any medal presentations, including shoes/socks (no towels, thongs, or bare feet)
There is no designated seating area, generally the athletes decide where they want to sit (around the warm-up pool) and the coach works around that.
