Meet Recap: Southside Short Course

It was a great day watching TSS swimmers in action at the recent meet!
It was so encouraging to watch athletes band together and cheer each other on as they took to the pool for a packed schedule of, where they were required to race a minimum of 5 events each. There was no resting for this meet, and they went into it pretty tired from a week of hard work.
Thanks to all the coaches, officials, and parents who helped make the day run so smoothly.

🥇 Sean Lee – averaged more than 10% improvement across three events, including a remarkable 19.7% improvement in the 100 IM.
🥈 Zara Murphy – produced the largest distance-event breakthrough of the meet, dropping 6.5% from her 200m Freestyle entry time and 4.6% in the 100m Freestyle.
🥉 Samara Ramirez – improved by more than 5% in the 100 IM while also recording a faster-than-entry swim in the 100 Freestyle.
