Be Prepared for the Weather

The forecast is looking cold and windy, so staying warm between races will be critical. Every swimmer should have their deck coat, tracksuit pants, beanie and warm footwear on whenever they are not racing. Looking after your body temperature is just as important as your warm-up.

Race Day Expectations

Please remember our race day standards:

  • Arrive 90 minutes before your first event.

  • Check in with a coach as soon as you arrive.

  • Speak with your coach before and after every race.

  • Be accountable for getting to marshalling on time.

  • Bring plenty of food, fluids, spare goggles, cap, towel and fins.

Race With Purpose

This meet is another opportunity to put your training into practice. Focus on the process, support your teammates, race courageously, and most importantly—enjoy the opportunity to compete
